A fourth patient in Tuscaloosa County has tested positive for COVID-19, commonly known as coronavirus, according to figures released by the Alabama Department of Public Health Thursday morning.

In the ADPH's first report of the day, the agency showed 68 total confirmed cases statewide, with the lion's share coming from Jefferson County, where 31 people have tested positive for COVID-19.

Cases in Lee County, the home of Auburn and Opelika, have risen to 10. No other county in Alabama has double-digit cases as of Thursday morning.
