Gallery: Alabama Walks Off Auburn on the Road

Auburn, Ala. - The Crimson Tide walked into Neville Arena and got the job done, defeating the Auburn Tigers 93-91 to finish the regular season 24-7 and 13-5 in SEC play. Grant Nelson led the team in scoring with 23 points while key contributions from other players such as Aiden Sherrell, Labaron Philon, Clifford Omoruyi kept Alabama in the game, sending it to overtime in one of the toughest places to play in college basketball.

In overtime, Alabama relied on the players who got them to that point, with Clifford Omoruyi and Grant Nelson fighting under the basket to secure second-chance points and offensive boards.

With time dwindling in a tie game, Alabama turned to the one man who knows how to get buckets - Mark Sears. Sears takes the handoff from Philon and drives into the paint before releasing a floater that fell to the bottom of the net as the buzzer sounded, breaking the hearts of the Auburn faithful and ensuring Toomer's Corner would not be rolled.
