Ace Alabama softball pitcher Montana Fouts is now on Cameo. The rising senior pitcher quietly appeared on the personalized video message platform Wednesday afternoon. She joins Alabama defensive back, Malachi Moore, as the only current athletes available on Cameo.

Fouts's rate on Cameo is $39 and has a fan club option where fans can stay up to date on her Cameo profile and take advantage of perks including prioritized Cameo messages and exclusive content. Fouts's rate is higher than former Alabama basketball player John Petty ($25) but cheaper than former Alabama linebacker Terrell Lewis ($40).

The price for a Montana Fouts Cameo has since been raised to $45.

This is the first avenue Fouts has taken advantage of with the open NIL compensation rules for student-athletes. She carries a large social media following from Instagram - 113k followers - Twitter - 26.5k followers - and TikTok - 131.8k followers. With monetization enabled on Instagram and TikTok coupled with her new opportunities with Cameo, Fouts is in a position to make some quality side cash.

Fouts has earned her social media presence through her fantastic play. In 2020-21 as a junior, Fouts brought in an astounding number of awards from national to regional scale including NFCA Pitcher of the Year, NFCA All-American, SEC Co-Pitcher of the Year and SEC Tournament MVP. She started 32 games for the Crimson Tide, recording double-digit strikeouts in 22 appearances and leading the NCAA in strikeouts with 349.

Fouts turned in a postseason for the record books, pitching all three games of the SEC Tournament hosted in Tuscaloosa. She broke the record for most strikeouts in an SEC tournament with 39 while saving the Crimson Tide against Tennessee and forcing a complete game shutout of the Florida Gators in the championship game.

In the Women's College World Series, Fouts tied her career mark of 16 strikeouts against Arizona followed by a perfect game against UCLA. Ultimately, Alabama fell to Florida State in the semi-finals.

Fouts returns for her senior campaign with Team 26 next Winter. Until then, her fans can interact with her on Cameo.
