Rodney Orr Previews Alabama’s Season Opener Against Duke

Rodney Orr, of Tiderinsider.com and "Tider Insider" joined Host Gary Harris Monday morning to preview Alabama's season opener in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game against Duke.

"Listen the defense is not a disaster," Orr told Harris. "They just probably aren't up to the standard we expect around here. We are going to start seeing some things we saw from the past versus what we saw last year."

"I think you have to have somebody else prepared," Orr told Harris his thoughts on backup quarterback Mac Jones's chance to see the field Saturday. "When you look at Mac Jones he certainly needs game experience. I mean if you are up on somebody like we saw the scores last year, I think it's a great opportunity to get a guy like Jones in the game early.

"There is a really big difference obviously between these teams," Orr told Harris. "I think that Alabama should handle Duke, I would say with relative ease. That would be my expectation."
