Stephanie Meadow Finishes Third in Women’s U.S. Open

Former Tide golfer Stephanie Meadow shot a one over 281 at the Women's U.S. Open this weekend, finishing at third place in her first ever professional tournament.

Only one player in the field managed to shoot under par, that being tournament winner Michelle Wie at 2 under, but Meadow played well at the difficult Pinehurst #2 course in Pinehurst, North Carolina.

Meadow is the only Tide golfer to earn four straight All-America honors while at The Capstone, and helped lead Alabama to their first ever women's golf national championship in 2012.
