Alabama and Texas will play host to College Gameday for Week 2 as the blue-bloods square of for the first time since 2009. The Crimson Tide is currently an 18-point favorite over the Longhorns. Head coach Nick Saban has only lost two games against former staff members, but both occurred just last season. Can Sarkisian lead the Longhorns to victory and become the third to take down "The Goat"?
The Longhorns host the Crimson Tide on Sept. 10 at 11 a.m. CT. It remains to be seen how much the Alabama defense will have to deal with their former teammates in Robinson, Hall and Billingsley. If Brown's reports are valid, the Tide can probably guess, not much.
Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium will be filled to the brim with just over 100,000 fans for a kickoff underneath the scorching sun between two historic programs.
Hall will rejoin his teammate from Alabama in 2021 as Jahleel Billingsley transferred to Texas shortly after the season ended. Additionally he will join former Crimson Tide player Keilan Robinson as the trio will try to improve the Longhorn's 2021 5-7 record.
