Heading into the final week of June, Alabama has 16 commitments for the 2019 recruiting class and is ranked atop the national recruiting rankings for 247Sports and Rivals.com.

Over the weekend, Alabama hosted their annual Champions Cookout with various commits and prospects for the 2019, 2020 and 2021 recruiting classes in attendance.

During Tuesday's edition of The Gary Harris Show, BamaInsider.com recruiting reporter Andrew recapped Alabama football's big weekend and offered his insights concerning potential commitments.

Bone began his conversation with Gary Harris by summarizing the purpose of the cookout along with several camps that occurred on campus.

Following the big weekend, the BamaInsider.com recruiting reporter assessed where he sees Alabama's recruiting for 2019 going into July.

"I think Alabama is feeling really good about where they sit right now with their recruiting class even though they haven't had a commitment in a couple of weeks." Bone said.

Bone also breaks down the lessons learned for Alabama from last year, potential targets in this year's recruiting class, the difference between offers and committable offers and Alabama's progress report for the 2020 class.
