Texans star J.J. Watt posted a list on Twitter consisting of thoughts that NFL players are having prior to the start of opening training camps.
Watt stated in his twitter post: "We want to play" and had NFL Players Association phone calls with various players within the last week or two. Even though Watt encourages players to resume football season, he wants everyone to be safe.

UConn has been readmitted to the Big East, since leaving the conference seven years ago. For 34 years, the school was part of the conference before leaving in 2013. The news was announced in the summer of 2019, but nothing was permanent until July 1.
2022 NFL Preseason To Be Cut Short
According to John Breech of CBS Sports, the NFL preseason will not have half of their games this year because of COVID-19. Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports says, "There will be two weeks worth of missed preseason games." Games starting in Week 1 and going through Week 4 will not be played. The Hall of Fame Game, which is played every August, will be canceled this year.
