Week 12 is here and the post season is closing in fast. A ton of teams have byes this week, but there are still great matchups. Many teams on the playoff bubble play this Sunday and are looking to plant themselves in the race. The players that can make that happen will need to make a splash. So let's break it down and see who is primed for a big weekend.

Chiefs vs. Panthers (Sun. Noon ct.):

Bryce Young (Panthers) - Confirmed to make his fourth start in a row, and coming off a bye, Young and the Panthers look to make a statement against the back to back champs. A tough matchup no doubt, but with the success in the past two games, they could put together another great outing on the back of Young's play, and Hubbard on the ground. It may be a tough night for the Panthers, but the Chiefs have been in one score games all year, so it could be another shocker for KC come Sunday night. Let's see if Young can make a statement.

Steelers vs. Browns (Thu. 7:15 ct.):

Najee Harris (Steelers) - Another big divisional rival in back to back weeks, it looks to be another great game. Should the Steelers continue to have success in their offensive game plan, Harris should see plenty of work to dictate their game flow. The Browns can get got on the ground so look for a lean to the run game at the start and a continued lean throughout if Harris can continue to be efficient.

Jerry Jeudy (Browns) - Coming off his biggest game of the year, Jeudy looks to continue to build on his chemistry with Winston. A tougher defensive backfield that does not allow much over the top, do not expect the same performance from last week. That's not to say it can't happen, but the Steelers defense is no joke. Jeudy will still be a main focus for this offense, but that also means he will be the main focus for the Steelers defense.

Titans vs. Texans (Sun. Noon ct.):

Calvin Ridley (Titans) - With Levis starting to find his stride, Ridley has benefitted immensely. He has always been getting the targets, but now they are getting to him more accurately so that he can make the plays they signed him to make. A tougher defense sure, but it is not one that can't be beaten through the air. If Levis can continue to be accurate and play well, Ridley should be there to make the plays.

Will Anderson jr. (Texans) - Still questionable with an ankle injury, Anderson jr. should he play, will be a havoc bringer on the Texans defense. With 7.5 sacks on the season, he is clearly a top pass rusher, and an interesting note to back that up: he was the most double teamed defensive player last season (his rookie year). So with that, should he play, he'll be a big play maker, so expect him to get home on the qb (if he plays).

That does it for this week's outlook. Check back Tuesday for the recap to see how these players, and others, did this weekend. Roll Tide and beat the Sooners!!
