The University of Alabama had a quiet National Signing Day compared to recent years, but Nick Saban still pulled two more five-star recruits to Tuscaloosa.

After a slow pace on Wednesday, the Crimson Tide finished strong by pulling the No. 2 prospect out of the state of Texas. Wide Receiver Jaylen Waddle became the 19th player in the class of 2018 when he picked the Tide over Texas A&M and others.

Not only is Waddle considered the second-best prospect in talent-rich Texas, but he's also top 10 at his position and top 35 overall nationally.

All of the 2018 National Signing Day coverage on Tide 102.9 and 100.9 is presented by Tuscaloosa Tire & Service.
