Former Alabama DL Finds a Home
It seems former Alabama defensive lineman Anquin Barnes likes those AFLAC commercials with Nick Saban and Deion Sanders. He's about to be able to say he played for both coaches.
That may sound like a first. It's not. Former Tide DB Jahquez Robinson played for the Buffs this season as they went 4-8.
Barnes announced via social media Sunday that he will transfer to Colorado to play for 'Coach Prime' his final 2-3 seasons. Barnes was a star on the offensive and defensive lines for Lee High in Montgomery before signing with Alabama, where he played in two games in his three seasons as a Crimson Tider. Both those contests were this season, vs. Middle Tennessee and Chattanooga.
