Georgia stayed as the No. 1 ranked team, followed by a new tie of Ohio State and Tennessee for second place. Michigan and Clemson take the fourth and fifth spots respectively, rounding out the top five.

Alabama remained at No. 6 following their bye week, and will face off against LSU next Saturday, who moved up to No. 15.

Besides the tie for second place, the only new changes to the top 10 were USC moving up one spot to No. 9, and UCLA moving up two spots to No. 10.

However, there were some big movers as the list goes on. Ole Miss jumped up four spots to No. 11, and Kansas State jumped to No. 13 after their blowout victory over Oklahoma State. Oklahoma State was one of the biggest fallers in the poll, falling nine spots to No. 18, and Wake Forest fell ten spots to No. 20.

The SEC has five teams ranked in the newest poll, tied with the Pac 12 and the ACC for the most teams from a single conference.

The first College Football Playoff rankings will be released on Tuesday, November 1.
