Head coach Kristy Curry, entering her 13th year, junior forward Essence Cody, senior guard Karly Weathers, and redshirt senior Jessica Timmons will attend this year's Tipoff.

The Crimson Tide will begin its 2025-26 season on Nov. 3 against the Stetson Hatters in Coleman Coliseum at 4 p.m. CT. The team is coming off a 24-9 overall record and a 10-6 record in conference play.

Additionally, the 2024 team made history and achieved some of the best accomplishments in program history. Alabama was ranked in the AP Top 25 preseason poll for the first time since 1998, finishing the season at No. 20 in the final AP Poll. The team secured its second tournament title of the season in late December, defeating Michigan State and Richmond in the Florida Sunshine Classic. Alabama earned a No. 5 seed in the Birmingham 2 regional of the NCAA Tournament, the highest seeding under coach Curry. The Crimson Tide advanced to the second round by defeating No. 12 seed Green Bay (81-67). Alabama's tournament run ended in the second round with a thrilling 111-108 double-overtime loss to No. 4 seed Maryland, and three players were selected in the 2025 WNBA draft. Sarah Ashlee Barker was drafted by the Los Angeles Sparks in the first round as the No. 9 pick, Aaliyah Nye in the second round as the No. 13 overall pick, and Zaay Green in the third round as the No. 32 overall pick.

Coming off a historic season, the Crimson Tide hopes to mirror or build its success from last season.
