Sunday offered a chance to clinch playoff berths and division titles while letting us witness history being rewritten. And although the AFC division winners have been wrapped up, the rest of the playoff picture is still up in the air going into the final week of the regular season.

Peyton Manning set the single season passing touchdown record (again) with 51 touchdown tosses, and his Broncos galloped into the #1 seed of the AFC and earning home field advantage throughout the playoffs by way of a 37-13 victory over the Houston Texans.

The Cincinnati Bengals ensured their spot in the playoffs by putting down the Minnesota Vikings 42-12, and clinching the AFC North. Former University of Georgia wide receiver A.J. Green has been the driving force behind these Bengals all season, and his 97 yard, two touchdown effort gave his team plenty of hope for the playoffs.

As for the NFC picture, the Seattle Seahawks have clinched a playoff berth already, but losing to the Arizona Cardinals prevented them from wrapping up the NFC West and the overall #1 seed.

Former Alabama running back and now current Green Bay Packer Eddie Lacy, making a big push to be rookie of the year, had another standout game by way of 87 yards and two touchdowns, but his team was unable to pull out a much needed win against the Pittsburgh Steelers, losing by a score of 38-31.

Tomorrow night's game between the Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers is an important game for the 49ers' playoff chances. A win guarantees a playoff spot, but a loss throws away any chance of winning the NFC West and allows the Arizona Cardinals a chance to take a Wild Card spot.
