Bozeman tested his stomach at The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo Texas on Route 66. The restaurant offers a unique dining challenge; consume a 72 ounce steak, three shrimp, baked potato, roll and salad in under an hour and the meal is free. Bozeman completed the challenge with 10 minutes to spare.
