With the Tide's men's basketball season ending less than two hours ago, the reality is setting in for the seniors that this was their final college basketball game. The next time Mark Sears, Clifford Omoruyi, Grant Nelson, or Chris Youngblood put on a basketball jersey will be in some form of professional basketball.

However, the underclassmen have decisions to make as well. With the NBA having a one-and-done rule in college basketball, anyone who has played one season of college basketball, including true freshmen, can enter the NBA draft and test the waters. Some players, such as Duke's Cooper Flagg, will play one year of college basketball, and then it is a guarantee they'll head to the NBA. For others, the decision process may take some more time.

In the postgame locker room following Alabama's 85-65 loss to Duke, several key players were asked about their pending NBA draft decisions.

Aiden Sherrell told Nick Kelly of AL.com that he "plans for sure" to be back at Alabama next season.

Meanwhile, Derrion Reid and Aden Holloway both told Hunter De Siver of BamaCentral that they "want to come back" to Alabama next season, a good sign for those who are getting early looks at the 2025-2026 Alabama men's basketball roster.

Holloway also told Katie Windham of BamaCentral that he "did not regret" his decision to come to the University of Alabama.

"I don't regret my decision at all, I love the University of Alabama, and we'll be back next year," Holloway said in the postgame locker room.

Holloway also mentioned Latrell Wgithsell Jr. when talking about the 2025 Alabama men's basketball roster.

"You can't forget to mention Latrell Wrightsell," Holloway said.

Wrightsell had previously mentioned weighing all his options regarding the transfer portal to media during the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament in Cleveland.

Labaron Philon, on the other hand, was a little more hesitant to give a definite answer on whether or not he will enter the NBA draft.

Philon told reporters in the locker room after the game that he would "talk to my family, and talk to the coaches and the coaching staff. We'll see what's next," when asked about his NBA draft decision.

No decisions are final, of course, but early looks at the Crimson Tide's roster next season seem positive.
