Alabama football added to an already talented wide receiver room in the transfer portal by adding Miami wide receiver Isaiah Horton. In addition to Horton, the Crimson Tide added starting-caliber talent along the offensive and defensive lines, as well as linebacker.

The Miami receiver transfer, listed at 6-foot-4, 209 pounds, played 29 games with six starts over his three seasons with the Hurricanes. After the season ended, he joined Germie Bernard and Ryan Williams in Tuscaloosa to create a three-headed monster at receiver.

Horton joined Roger Hoover of the Crimson Tide Sports Network for "Crimson Drive" to explain why Alabama is still a hotbed transfer portal destination.

“It’s Alabama,” Horton said. “It’s the standard of college football. All the history Alabama has, I’ve always wanted to be a part of something like this. Ever since I got here, it’s a dream come true. From the training to the nutrition, equipment, everything. Everybody is respectful with it ... Everything is exactly what I thought it would be.”

Horton caught 56 passes for 616 yards and five touchdowns in his most recent season in Miami. The Murfreesboro, Tennessee native committed to Alabama on December 21, enrolling on campus for the spring semester to participate in Alabama's spring practice, where he is already turning heads with the Crimson Tide.
