The Alabama Crimson Tide baseball team has made a schedule change for this weekend.

The team was expected to travel to Malibu, Calif., to take on Pepperdine, however, due to bad weather in the area, the Tide will now host High Point at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.

"Alabama baseball's weekend series at Pepperdine has officially been canceled, the two teams announced on Wednesday afternoon. The Crimson Tide will now welcome High Point to Sewell-Thomas Stadium this Friday through Sunday," said RollTide.com. "The conditions in Malibu forced the cancelation with inclement weather forecasted for the weekend. High Point was freed up after their originally scheduled weekend tournament in Riverside, Calif., was also canceled due to weather."
