Alabama wide receiver Calvin Ridley became the fourth Tide player drafted in the first round when the Atlanta Falcons take him 26th overall.

Ridley leaves Tuscaloosa as one of the greatest players to ever suit up at his position for the Crimson Tide. He finished second in UA history for receptions with 224 and receiving touchdowns (19) while ranking third in receiving yards with 2,781. He did so by recording at least one catch in every single one of his 44 games played.

The junior also overcame multiple changes at offensive coordinator during his career and remained consistent throughout. One of his former coaches, Lane Kiffin, compared him favorably to Amari Cooper and said he'd definitely be successful in the NFL.

Ridley becomes the fourth Alabama player taken in the 2018 NFL Draft, joining Minkah FitzpatrickDa'Ron Payne, and Rashaan Evans in the first round.

He'll team up with All-Pro Julio Jones in Atlanta to form a dynamic duo on the outside.
