Former Alabama quarterback, Jalen Hurts was filmed in the "City of Brotherly Love" making his own cheesesteak.

When he's not on the field, it seems he's in the kitchen embracing the Philadelphia's culture.

Philly is known for its cheesesteak, so it's no wonder that Hurts would make it a point to learn how to make the incredible Philadelphia staple.

Seen on his Instagram story, Hurts is learning how to flip the steak, add the cheese, and make it his own, while being coached by some of the restaurants employees. He is a quick study because his efforts came across as flawless as it did on Alabama's football field. Employees and friends cheered Hurts on as he completed, then ate his creation.

This season is a big one for Jalen Hurts, as he continues to grow in his third year as a quarterback of the Eagles. With the help from newly signed Zach Pascal and AJ Brown, the Eagles offense is looking more talentedly dangerous than ever. And let's not forget about DeVonta "Smitty" Smith on the outside.

After a losing effort Wild Card game against Brady and the Bucs, Hurts is still an elite player and a force to be reckoned with, in the kitchen and on the field.
