There's an upcoming interest meeting for a new flag football program in Tuscaloosa. According to a press release sent to Townsquare Media, the ELOT Sports League, powered by NFL FLAG, announced the launch of a coed youth flag football program for boys and girls aged 5-14.

The interest meeting for parents and guardians is set for Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Englewood Elementary School.

“We’re building the very first season and this is the chance to be part of the founding group,” said Torrus McGill, an educator and founder of ELOT Sports League in the press release.

“Our partnership with NFL FLAG gives kids a professional, high-quality youth sports experience right here in our community.”

At the interest meeting, parents will hear more about the football program, meet the organizer, and learn how to get their children signed up for the first season. The ELOT Sports League emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and building confidence, all while creating unforgettable memories for players and families alike.

If you'd like more information about this league or have questions, you're asked to contact Torrus McGill at 404-599-7071.
