The top ranked Alabama Crimson Tide has waltzed through their first three games as they head into their Southeastern Conference home opener against Texas A&M.

Including Texas A&M, five SEC teams will open conference play this weekend.

As he does every Friday, former SEC assistant coach Max Howell broke down this week's slate of games around the conference and provided his selection for "What's for Supper?".

During his conversation with Wimp and Barry Sanderson, Howell explored the uphill journey that Texas A&M faces against Alabama, Jimbo Fisher's approach to preparing his team against the Crimson Tide, the benching of quarterback Cole Kelly at Arkansas, Derek Dooley's performance as Missouri's offensive coordinator, Missouri's game plan against Georgia and the impact of the new redshirt rule around college football.

For your tailgate this weekend, the former SEC assistant cooked up a special chicken dish along with the complimentary sides and muscadine pie for "What's for Supper?".
