Steve Berkowitz of USA Today joined The Game with Ryan Fowler to break down the conflict between the NCAA and California's likeness law.

Berkowitz also touched on where do athletic departments make the bulk of their revenue, tax laws affecting school donations, high ticket prices, the revenue comparison of college football and basketball, and much more.
