Three-Star Athlete Decommits from Bama

Alabama had been hot on the recruiting trail, but the Crimson Tide's cold summer got a little warmer with Kalen DeBoer's first decommitment during his time as the Crimson Tide's head coach.

According to Hayes Fawcett of On3, four-star athlete Zymear Smith has recommitted from the University of Alabama.

Smith holds offers from Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas, among others.

During his junior season, Smith starred on both sides of the ball. Offensively, he had 80 carries for 670 yards and eight touchdowns. He also reeled in 12 receptions for 427 yards and four touchdowns. Defensively, Smith had 22 tackles and three interceptions.

The four-star athlete according to composite was recruited by Maurice Linguist and Colin Hitschler at Alabama.
