Former Alabama wide receiver Christian Leary has changed his transfer destination.

The sophomore announced that he will be transferring to Georgia Tech in a social media post on Sunday afternoon.

"COMMITTED @GeorgiaTechFB," wrote Leary.

The Fla., native has seen time in 18 games in his two seasons at the Capstone, recording three receptions for ten yards and a touchdown, as well as three rushing attempts for 22 yards.

Leary is one of numerous Alabama player to enter the transfer portal this year, joining walk-ons Gabe Pugh and Jacoby Boykins, as well as Javion Cohen, Trey Sanders, Aaron AndersonAmari KightJoJo EarleTommy BrockermeyerKhyree JacksonTraeshon Holden, Jack MartinTanner Bowles, Damieon George, and Braylen Ingraham.

He entered the transfer portal on Nov. 30 and initially announced his transfer to the University of Central Florida on Dec. 13, but has since changed his mind on his new home.

Leary was a former four-star recruit from the class of 2021, who ranked No. 75 nationally, No. 10 in wide receivers, and No. 14 in the state of Fla., according to 247Sports Composite. He was one of 27 enrollees that aided the Crimson Tide in receiving the No. 1 recruiting class that year.

Leary joins a Yellow Jackets program that went 5-7 overall and 4-4 in ACC play.
